Yukon Golds are an excellent early season eating potato. A yellow-fleshed potato that is excellent for baking, mashing with a rich flavor that will make you think its already been buttered!  Excellent for storage.

• Spacing: 12 to 15 inches between plants and 30 to 36 inches between rows
• Depth: 3 to 5 inches
• Spread: 18 - 24 inches

• Yield: 100 lbs. per 100 foot row
• Days To Maturity: 60 - 80 days.
  
• 10 lbs. of seed potatoes will plant approximately 100 ft row and yield approximately 100 lb of spuds
